Summer Sewing Club

Sew Radiant is excited to bring our youth sewing workshops to the beautiful Pines Art Center  in Pembroke Pines for Summer 2026! Designed for creative kids and teens ages 8–17, these small-group classes combine fashion, art, creativity, and hands-on skill building in a fun and welcoming studio environment. Students will learn beginner to intermediate sewing techniques while creating projects like 

 

Classes are intentionally kept small with only 10 seats per age group to ensure personalized instruction and a supportive experience. Tweens (ages 8–12) meet Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30pm, and Teens (ages 13–17) meet Thursdays from 4:30-6:30pm, as part of a 4-week series. All materials, sewing machines, snacks & refreshments, and instruction are included.

 

Enrollment is now open. To reserve your child’s seat for the first series purchase the series special. The Series will begin July 9th for teens and July 14th for tweens. A series consists of 4 classes, taken once per week.

Families also have the option to register for Stand-alone workshops or save by enrolling in the full 4-week series before the first workshop. Stand-alone classes are $40 per class for tweens and $45 per class for teens, while series pricing offers a $20 overall discount and guarantees your child a reserved seat in every class. Pembroke Pines resident pricing is $140 for the Tween Series (regularly $160) and $160 for the Teen Series (regularly $180). In accordance with City of Pembroke Pines regulations, non-residents will pay 25% more. Registration for non-residents will open in July.  A limited number of seats are available.

 

Due to high interest, only 8 tween seats remain for our first series, once seats are filled we will create a waitlist.
